Chronic fatigue support in Stratford upon Avon
Chronic fatigue isn’t just tiredness – it’s a breakdown in how your body actually produces and recycles energy. Our recovery protocols are designed to restore cellular function, improve sleep quality, and rebuild resilience through gentle, high-impact therapies that accelerate repair and oxygen delivery.
Help speed up your recovery with personal protocols
Living with chronic fatigue is exhausting in a way that most people don’t understand. It isn’t just tiredness — it’s the kind of bone-deep depletion that doesn’t lift after sleep, that makes simple tasks feel monumental, and that can take months or years to properly name. If you’ve been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) or ME/CFS, or you’re still searching for answers, you already know how limited the support options can feel.
At Revive Restore Repair in Stratford-upon-Avon, we work with clients managing chronic fatigue using a combination of evidence-informed therapies — none of them pharmaceutical, all of them focused on helping your body do what it’s designed to do.
How our therapies support Chronic Fatigue
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is one of the most studied complementary approaches for ME/CFS. By delivering high-concentration oxygen at increased atmospheric pressure, HBOT supports mitochondrial function — the energy-production process that is frequently disrupted in chronic fatigue conditions. Sessions take place in a comfortable, enclosed chamber and typically last 60–90 minutes.
Red Light Therapy works at a cellular level to stimulate mitochondrial energy production (ATP synthesis), reduce systemic inflammation, and support nervous system regulation. For chronic fatigue clients, this means sessions that actively work to restore the biological processes behind sustainable energy — not just mask symptoms.
Cryotherapy offers a different kind of reset. Whole-body cold exposure triggers the release of anti-inflammatory markers and norepinephrine, which can improve mood, reduce pain sensitivity, and support clearer cognitive function — three areas that chronic fatigue commonly disrupts.
A personalised approach
No two chronic fatigue presentations are the same. Some clients come to us post-viral (including Long COVID), others have been living with ME/CFS for years. We tailor session frequency and therapy combinations to where you are, not a generic protocol.
We’re not here to promise a cure — and we’d be wary of anyone who does. What we offer is a calm, professional environment, therapies with a growing evidence base, and a team that takes fatigue seriously.
What to expect
Your first step is a free consultation where we’ll understand your history and current symptoms. From there, we’ll recommend a starting programme — usually a combination of HBOT and Red Light, with Cryotherapy introduced once your body has acclimatised.

“After major Ovarian Cancer surgery, the results of using HBOT have been mind-blowing. My energy is up, brain fog has gone and wounds have healed that couldn’t before.

Chronic fatigue FAQs
What is chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME)?
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) is a complex condition marked by persistent, debilitating fatigue that doesn’t improve with rest, often accompanied by brain fog, disturbed sleep, and physical pain. It can follow a viral illness — including COVID-19 — or develop gradually. Diagnosis is clinical; there’s no single test that confirms it. At Revive Restore Repair, we work with clients who have a formal diagnosis and those still seeking one.
Can HBOT help with chronic fatigue and ME/CFS?
HBOT is one of the most studied complementary therapies for ME/CFS. Research suggests it may improve mitochondrial function, reduce neuroinflammation, and support oxygenation of tissues — all areas implicated in chronic fatigue. We recommend HBOT as part of a combined approach, typically alongside Red Light Therapy. We don’t position it as a cure, but many of our clients report meaningful improvements in energy levels and cognitive clarity over a course of sessions.
How many sessions will I need for chronic fatigue?
Is Red Light Therapy good for fatigue?
Red Light Therapy stimulates ATP production in the mitochondria — the organelles responsible for cellular energy. For people with chronic fatigue, where mitochondrial dysfunction is believed to be a key driver, this makes it a logical complementary therapy. It also reduces systemic inflammation and supports nervous system regulation. Sessions are passive and take around 20 minutes; there’s no recovery time required.
What is the difference between ME/CFS and Long COVID fatigue?
Both conditions share overlapping symptoms — persistent fatigue, brain fog, post-exertional malaise — and researchers believe they may share some underlying mechanisms (including neuroinflammation and mitochondrial disruption). Revive Restore Repair works with both groups. The therapeutic approach is similar, though we tailor the starting intensity carefully for post-viral clients, particularly those whose symptoms are still fluctuating.
