By using our website, booking system, and services, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
To book each session download/open the Vagaro app.
Bookings and payments
- All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or by contacting us directly.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
- Payment methods include debit/credit cards and accepted digital payment providers.
Cancellations
- We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
- Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice will be fully refunded or rescheduled free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.
- Multi-session packages or memberships are non-refundable once the first session has been used.
Refunds
Services (Single sessions & Pay As You Go)
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance: A full refund will be issued
- Cancellations within 48 hours: No refunds will be provided.
- No-shows: No refunds will be issued.
- All sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase; unused sessions will expire.
Memberships
- Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
- All sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase; unused sessions will expire
Packages
- Packages are non-refundable and must be used within the 12 month validity period
- If a package includes multiple services and a client can no longer use a specific service due to a medical reason, we may offer a swap for another service of equivalent value.
- No refunds for partially used packages.
- All sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase; unused sessions will expire.
Exceptional circumstances
- Refunds outside of these terms may be considered in extreme cases such as:
- Serious medical conditions (proof may be required).
- Service unavailability due to unforeseen business closures.
Health and medical disclaimer
- Our therapies are non-invasive wellness treatments designed to support your body’s natural processes. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis.
- Clients must inform us of any relevant health conditions before booking.
- We reserve the right to decline service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for your condition.
Facility use
- Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.
- Our facility is private, and we maintain the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully.
Changes to these terms
- Revive Restore & Repair reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
